How do I print out my certificate?

When you have completed the course, and passed the test, you will be sent to a page with a link that says "Print Your Certificate". Click on this link and a window will open with your certificate. Simply print out your certificate for your records.

Please note: You can return to the site at a later time to print your certificate. You can view your completed courses, profile and certificates by logging in to the site.

How do I log in?

In the left column, under the heading "Login", please provide your user name and password.

I forgot my password! How do I login?

Please click here to have your password emailed to you.

What if I don't have time to complete the course?

You can come back to the site at a later date to complete the course and test. Just log in with your user name and password, in the column to the left. You will be directed to continue the course at the point that you stopped on your previous visit.

Are there time limits for these courses and tests?

No, there are no time restraints.
